My name is Christian, and my journey in vacation rentals began in 2016 when I started renting out vacation homes in Punta Gorda Isles. What began as a business quickly became a passion, and the success of those first homes inspired me to expand by purchasing and renovating additional properties.
My goal has always been simple: to create vacation homes that meet the standards I would expect from a five-star resort, combining comfort, quality, attention to detail, and the feeling of being truly at home.
Today, I am proud to offer four vacation properties across Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte, each providing its own opportunity to experience the charm and relaxed lifestyle of Southwest Florida.
Punta Gorda Isles holds a special place in my heart. I consider it one of the most picturesque and welcoming communities on Florida’s Gulf Coast, with beautiful waterfront surroundings, peaceful streets, and a charming atmosphere that invites you to slow down and enjoy life.
